Hi all,
It has been a trying week, last Sunday my cat Socks had to be rushed to the vet as he was acting strange and seemed in pain. It turned out he had a urinary obstruction which can be fatal.
Thankfully we were about to pick him up yesterday and he seems a lot better :). Hopefully it won't happen again.
Also this week I got some new boots, for my Katniss cosplay for Newcastle Comic Con. The colour isn't quite right but they look similar to the ones she wore :).
My next favourite thing is my new book, Tolkien A Dictionary by David Day. Here it is on Amazon. I got this from WHSmith with a gift card I received for my birthday.
Lastly, Disney has the Buy One Get One Free offer back :D every time this offer is available, I buy more DVDs. I have seen this offer on Disney store website, Morrisons and WHSmith. So far this time I have Beauty and The Beast and Pinocchio. The offer ends on 12.04.15 this time.
I would also like to mention again, Disney rewards. In each Disney DVD there is a code, each code earns you 100 points (more if Blu-Ray). Once you have collected 500 points you can get a free DVD :). One of the best points schemes I have seen. I only need 100 more points and can get a DVD :D.
So that's my Favorite parts of this week :)
