Appeal for WWF

Hi all,

I have recently signed up with WWF to adopt a Amur leopard. These poor leopards are the most endangered big cat with only 45 left in the wild! This I found highly disturbing and we all need to join in and help these poor animals.

To help these poor big cats, you can adopt here, for as little as £3 a month. (God I sound like an advert)

I have chosen to pay £5 a month and received my pack yesterday :D.

With it, you get a cuddly toy (optional btw), a leaflet about your leopards and Amur leopards in general. Stickers, bookmarks and a leaflet about WWF themselves.

For more information, see here and here.

If you choose to help and adopt an Amur leopard, try this Link. There are also many other animals that need and deserve out help.

Thank you for reading.

Feeding my passion for reading

Hi all,

I have always loved reading, running away to another place and other peoples lives and problems is so fascinating and inspiring. Probably also why I love films so much too.

My collection of books is too large for my room :/. Mainly because once I own a book, even after reading it, I like to keep a hold of it incase I wish to read it once again. Swear to god, if I don't have a library in my house when i'm older, I will be very upset!!

Recently I finished reading 'Jurassic Park' By Michael Crichton. This book was amazing, there is so much that isn't in the film which made it so much better.

Considering I bought it in my local library for 25p, I would say this is one of my best buys lately. Since reading it, it has made me want to watch the films, read the next book 'The Lost World' and read a lot more of his books.

Luckily I found 'The Lost World' in my local charity shop for £1!! Chuffed isn't the word xD Also in the charity shop I found another book my Michael Crichton, 'Eaters of the Dead'. About vikings, I believe.

I am yet to start reading these as I am already reading 'Vampire Diaries Volume 12' :).

My Book range is so varied, from murder mystery to fantasy, and from Twilight to Harry Potter xD and the Hobbit, which I am also yet to read, but very excited :). If the blurb sounds good, I will probably give it a go :).

I hope you all a passion for reading. Reading is knowledge. (what? I wanted to make a cool saying there but failed completely :/) Reading is Power....There you go xD

Let me know what you read!

Toodles for now :) xx

Papertoy Monsters Calendar: January

Hi all,

I have been meaning to post about a cool calendar I got for christmas. I want to share it with you and post each month what is on the calendar. Now this isn't just any calendar!

The calendar is called 'Papertoy Monsters', and you can buy it Here.

So this is it. I thought it was soooo cool. Each month you get a paper monster to make and display for that month. Each monster has a personality and description on each month of the calendar. I thought this was so different to most calendars and loved making the first monster!

So to the good bit :D. Below is the background for this month's monster, Icy Huggy xD (as seen on the front of the calendar). You get a display shelf to display your monster, this just hangs on the nail like a normal calendar would.
I completely fail because I didn't get the monster's personality section into the picture, but it is there :/ lol.
What I love about this is that its so different and so easy to make. You would need glue but it has instructions so you don't get confused and as long as you don't glue yourself together, I think you will do fine :D.

I wanted to post this sooner but have only just got the internet at home. But at least it is still january xD.

I hope you enjoy seeing my calendr each month and in feb I will also show you me making the monster. May even do a youtube video (oooooo) xD.

Hope you are well

Stay awesome peeps

It's hard to think of how to make it without all the expensive equpiment :/ but I will prevail and it will be the best animation ever xD.

Anyone have any ideas for what my animation could be about? What did people think of my last animation?

Adventures in the past few days :)

Hi all,

I hope you have had a great new year, mine was a little too fuzzy for my liking ;).
I can't believe it is 2014! Last year has flown by, it's so strange to say last year and mean only 3 days ago :/

Last night me and my family had a right night! Watching Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows parts 1 and 2. To this day, both of those films make me cry so badly haha.
Although by far, my fave has to be Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets :). That film has everything you want in a film, mystery, action, humour and epicness :). The amount of times  I have watched it is so high, I have lost count xD.

As my wonderful sister is turning the big 25 tomorrow, we had a lovely meal in 'limoncello', an italian restaurant in my hometown. As always, my family took so long to leave our castle, (if only I lived in a castle) that my sister had to leave the restaurant and come back as she had a very important adventure mission to mordor (or as us mortals call it, the job centre ) xD. As the rest of us chilled out in Limoncello, we had our main course. The pizza that arrived was the size of Hagrid! LOL ok maybe not that big, but it was huge....
Another misadventure was when my dad received his ice cream, his spoon was basically a teaspoon with a really long handle, (you may be thinking, 'oh so he had a sundae?' Oh no he didn't. It was a little silver dish/bowl!) I couldn't help but laugh xD I laughed so hard, the people on the next table gave me very bizarre looks. Like I had just stabbed frodo in the face.

Well that was my adventure for the week, or is it? Who knows what tomorrow will bring. Hagrid might turn up apologising for my hogwarts letter getting lost in an owl...... will keep you posted xD hahaha.

I hope your weekend will be full of adventure and please to let me know of any :) Also let me know if there is a type of story you want me to write on my stories blog or any adventures you wish me to embark upon on my blog or even on youtube :)

But for now

Toodles y'all xx
