Pancake day!

Hi all, 

I know it has been a long time :/ I have been so preoccupied with work, it doesn't feel like there is enough time in the day, never mind fitting in blog posts! I really need to organize myself!! Fingers crossed that happens soon. 

Happy pancake day everyone, thought i would do a quick post before work and show my pancakes. Now don't judge the terrible pictures xD

This one has salted caramel sauce and banana :) 

This was £2.90 from Tesco, and was absolutely delicious :D. 

We then had enough mix for a small one each, which I topped with traditional lemon and sugar :) 

Now I must get to work, I promise to organize myself and post more, I have a LootCrate post from January I have yet to write :(
