I received a birthday parcel from one of my best friends today... 

This was definately the highlight of the box!! New addition to my Harry Potter clothing collection :D All I need now are shoes :p

Some of my favourite things

Hi all, 

So sorry I haven't done this series in a while, it completely slipped my mind, I have been very lazy this week other then going to work. I am determined to make this blog decent though and by this I mean to make it so people actually want to read it! If you have any more ideas, let me know what you want to see and feel free to share my blog with your friends!!! 

Anyway, to my favourite things this week. 

Firstly, it was my birthday on Monday so that has to be on here. I didn't do much this birthday which was weird because I have had a themed party/night out for the past few years :/. I went for a meal with the fam, well some of it lol. Then had a quiet horror film marathon with popcorn and cider :) oh and my sister face timed me from Thailand. 

Next is my Lootcrate, I really loved this months crate! It had so many awesome things inside. Definitely makes me second guess cancelling it :/. 

I had a lovely late birthday meal with one of my best friends from school. We have known each other since primary school! She is over at Genius vs Beauty :). It was so lovely to catch up as we dont get to see each other as much as I would like :(. But that shall change!

LootCrate: Feburary

Hi all,

This month's LootCrate was pretty epic! I was really pleased with what was inside :) much better then GeekBox....

Lets start with the magazine, which was my Project 365 pic of the day yesterday :) 

Firstly we have a unlock code for a ship in the Firefly online game. Have yet to try this game as I need to clear some space on my laptop :/ fail! 

Next is this HexBug :) this awesome! This is the Ant, it moves pretty fast! Nearly lost it under the TV stand xD and its even better because when it hits an obstacle, its bounces off and goes the other way :)

This is one of the better parts of the box, its a book called ready player one :). I really like getting recommended a book, hope its good! 

Heres the back so you can see what its about :) actually looks really interesting and nothing better then a book!

The box turns into the board game! 

I think its cool that every crate can be turned inside out to be something involving the theme. Havent tried this game yet but its sounds pretty awesome :). Can't wait to give it a go!

The epic dice for the game! Rock, Paper, Scissors dice :D coolest dice ever!

I really like how they made an original game to put in the box :) 

This is a 100 card version of the viral card game Superfight made by Skybound games for LootCrate :) I hadnt heard of the game before so had a look through and sounds like it could be an interesting game. You pick a character card and a attribute card and argue who would win in a fight. E.g. A swarm of piranhas armed with a dubstep gun xD

Lastly is my favourite one! This 'munny' is totally customisable, and reuseable! Its comes with wipe off markers so I can design as many as I want :D now I just have to decide what to draw on it!!

 Also got this member card :D love it!

I absolutley loved this crate :) very impressed indeed.

Hi all,

Gutted my birthday is over for another year :( oh well, bring on spring and Easter :D 

This is one of the presents from my Dad for my birthday. It looks amazing and some of the recipes sound so good! There are everyday scones and sunday scones for example xD. Can't wait to try a few out :)

Hi all,

Had a fun day today :) went to the Chinese new year celebration in Newcastle :) 

One of the Dragons, I believe its blesses the shops/restaurants. After this it worked its way up the street, stopping at each doorway. Let me know if you know what it is they do :)

BONUS

This is the sheep I purchased. This is my year in the zodiac plus its my birthday tomorrow so was the perfect time to get one :) with its head facing backward is supposed to be prosperity in everything :)

My Geek Box: February

Hi all,

Another Geekbox has arrived :) 

This months theme is Sidekick so im excited to see what I get! 

First out of the box is the magazine, looks like it has a lot of interesting stuff inside :)

Underneath I immediately notice this little guy, now I'm not one to go gaga over the minions but this is quite cute :D 

Next we have the t-shirt, I like this design. Its an interesting one anyway. 

Next we have a poster of Robin, much like the poster from Octobers box. Not sure this will be going on my wardrobe though xD 

Suprisingly last, is this Spock action figure. I really like this, I'm a big fan if Star Trek. :) 

And that is all... I was suprised that there wasnt much in the box. Only 5 items, and thats including the magazine :/

Some of my favourite things

Hi all,

This week has been rather mellow compared to last week, but I like it that way sometimes. Gives me a chance to chill :) 

So first this week is the facetime from my sister in Thailand (Kylie, I apologise for the picture, quite hard to get a decent picture during facetime :/ SORRY!!)

It's been weird wihout her but she seems to be having an amazing time, well jell!!

Second was the full moon!! I also got Jupiter in too!! (diagonal left of the moon) oh how I love the moon <3 

Next is Pretty Little Liars, I thought I would give this a go on Netflix and I am hooked! Can't stop watching it, finish season 1 already! (May have way too much time on my hands :/) 

And lastly is my little Rolo tin from an easter egg (can be seen in Project 365) think I shall keep earrings or other little trinkets in here :)
