christmas nails
Hi all,
It's christmas so here i am at my dads with the mummy returns in the background, awaiting to paint my nails.
I began with a simple 2 in 1 base coat from collection 2000, im now waiting to dry as i type.
i then applied some elf nail varnish in shade D19, red velvet. this colour is a red metallic colour, perfect for christmas (also was a christmas gift from http://thatgirlisjess.blogspot.co.uk/)
the nail varnish bottle >>>>\
I only applied one coat of the red velvet because it had quote good coverage :)
I finished with a coat of basecoat, topcoat and nail hardener by Barry M and ta dah! pretty christmas nails!
Also im so excited for the snowman and the snowdog on tuesday :D oh a christmas! :D

Great Expectations Review
Just been to see the new Great Expectations film, it was brilliant. Since reading the book in english in high school, i have always loved great expectations, i have the black and white DVD, the book, soon will own the recent BBC tv show adaptation and this film was the cherry on top.
It was everything i hoped it would be, and starred some pretty awesome actors ie. Helena Bonham Carter and Robbie Coltrane :D. Also a plus being that the actor playing pip was hot! ;)
I think this film really did justice to the book, everything was how i imagine it to be in the book. The choose of actors was superb, they fit so well into their characters. The director Mike Newell did an excellent job i believe, it showed all the detail and passion of each scene wonderfully.
This film carries on my love for this story, thank you Charles Dickens :D (and Mike Newell) (and very one involved).
However brief this review has been, i would say it will not be my last :)

Choccy
Hello welcome to another post!
This post shall consist of chocolate!
Dedicated to Jess :D
<pic from google images>
ok here we go...... Chocolate is a raw or processed food produced from the seed of the tropical 'Theobroma Cacao' Tree. Cacao has been cultivated foe at least three millennia in Mexico, Central America and Northern South America.
Did you know? that europeans sweetened and fattened chocolate by adding refined sugar and milk, two ingredients unknown by the mexicans. In the 19th Century, briton John Cadbury developed an emulsification process to make solid chocolate, creating the modern chocolate bar.
There are several types of chocolate, milk choccy, dark choccy and white choccy :D (also unsweetened choccy and raw choccy).
Holy cow, International Chocolate DAY! Damn, we missed it peeps. 13th September!
Willy Wonka and the chocolate factory is a very popular movie about choccy, as is Chocolat (imagine a french accent saying that).
Well there you have it.....CHOCOLATE
Anyway back to uni work, you naughty naughty people, keeping me from my dissertation!!

Cheese..
There are many different types of cheese, Cheddar, Gouda, Brie, Wensleydale, Leicester and Edam are some.
Over 500 different varieties are recognised by the International Dairy Federation, over 400 indentified by Walter and Hargrove, over 500 by Burkhalter and over 1,000 by Sandine and Elliker. That is a lot of cheese!
Here are some cheeses,
Mozzerella
Cottage cheese
Processed cheese
Now I'm bored, thats enough about cheese I think......
Any back to sanity, christmas is looming, it's almost december and the decorations and cheer can begin :D The christmas songs, the christmas movies and of course making snowflakes! XD This reminds me of my recent outing......
I just had dinner with my friends at a local Wetherspoons and there was the creepiest santa claus i have ever seen, it was literally a mannequin with a santa suit! I mean good on them, the tried but was a tad creepy and he was a red mannequin. The rest of the deccys look great though, amazing christmas trees in there.

Christmas will be on us before we know it! And 'the end of the world', personally i don't believe the world will end. But who

Well i think its time to end this post, with a bang!

A Long Time Gone.....
So i have been away for a while, well im back :)
Year 3 of Animation is going well, just got back from BAF (Bradford Animation Festival) which was amazing. The talks and animations were really good, especially the talk from Mark Shapiro from Laika Studios, i really want to work for them!
We also went ice skating which was hilarious, i wasn't very good at first, but by the end of the night i was a pro :D We all had a great time, except maybe my friend sean who fell and scraped his arm on the ice, which started bleeding D:
The awards ceremony was also good, then the closing party was even better! It was in such a posh hotel, I felt like I walked into a wedding reception.
Toodle pip for now x
